Personal Lines- Account Manager
Position Objective: To provide customer service & strengthen relationships with our existing personal lines clients. Internal sales involve working with prospective clients to quote & provide comparative quotes for personal insurance needs.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Provide superior customer service in handling clients insurance needs
• Work with clients and producers to design insurance programs to fulfill clients specific needs
• Review coverage needs and provide recommendations to meet the specific needs of each individual client as well as provide competitive pricing.
• Communicate and negotiate pricing with insurance company personnel
• Work with clients to handle changes in their insurance program as needed
• Check policies for accuracy and coverage
Position qualifications:
• College degree &/OR equivalent insurance experience
• Strong customer service/people skills
• Strong work ethic and subscribe to a positive attitude and service leadership philosophy
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
• Microsoft word & Excel experience
