There are changes in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) each year. The agents in our Benefits department are responsible for staying up to date with these laws to comply with governmental regulations. The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) provides forms that include compliance assistance, compliance programs, advisory opinions, and publications.
This in turn helps our agents to develop an understanding to the requirements of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA.) To ensure that we provide the proper coverage for you and your business we will advise you on what coverage we have decided to provide and why.
